Diver Management

The Diver Management section (also called the CRM — Customer Relationship Management) is where you store and manage all your customers.

A single diver card shows their certification, country, and DAN status at a glance:

What you can store per diver​

  • Full name, email, phone number
  • Country of residence and address
  • Certification level (Open Water, Advanced, Rescue, Divemaster, etc.)
  • Certification federation (PADI, SSI, CMAS, NAUI, and many others)
  • DAN (Divers Alert Network) membership number
  • Emergency contact name and phone
  • Internal notes visible only to your staff

Search and filter​

Use the search bar at the top of the list to find a diver by name or email. You can also filter by certification level to quickly see, for example, all Divemasters.

Bulk actions​

Select multiple divers using the checkboxes to:

  • Export to Excel (.xlsx)
  • Add to a marketing campaign audience
