Diver Management
The Diver Management section (also called the CRM — Customer Relationship Management) is where you store and manage all your customers.

A single diver card shows their certification, country, and DAN status at a glance:

What you can store per diver
- Full name, email, phone number
- Country of residence and address
- Certification level (Open Water, Advanced, Rescue, Divemaster, etc.)
- Certification federation (PADI, SSI, CMAS, NAUI, and many others)
- DAN (Divers Alert Network) membership number
- Emergency contact name and phone
- Internal notes visible only to your staff
Search and filter
Use the search bar at the top of the list to find a diver by name or email. You can also filter by certification level to quickly see, for example, all Divemasters.
Bulk actions
Select multiple divers using the checkboxes to:
- Export to Excel (.xlsx)
- Add to a marketing campaign audience
