Dive Packages
Dive packages let customers pre-pay for a number of dives (or other services) and then redeem credits against future trips. This is a great way to encourage repeat business and improve cash flow.
How packages work
- A customer purchases a package (e.g., "10-dive package" for €350).
- DiveManager records the purchase and assigns the customer a credit balance.
- Each time they book a trip, they can choose to redeem one credit instead of paying per dive.
- The credit balance decreases with each redemption.
Creating a package product
Go to Catalog (in the left sidebar) to define your package offerings.

For each package you can set:
- Name — e.g., "10 Dive Bundle"
- Number of credits — how many dives/services the package covers
- Price — the total purchase price
- Validity — optional expiry (e.g., credits expire after 12 months)
- Applicable trip types — which trip types the credits can be used for
Selling a package to a customer
From the Diver Profile page, click Sell Package. Select the package, record the payment method, and confirm. The credits appear instantly on the diver's profile.
Packages can also be purchased online through the Packages page on your public booking site.
Redeeming a package during booking
When creating an express booking (or during online checkout), the system automatically detects if the diver has available credits for the selected trip type. Simply select Redeem package credit instead of a payment method.
The credit is deducted immediately when the booking is confirmed.
Viewing package balance
On any diver's profile, the Packages section shows:
- Which packages they own
- Remaining credits
- Expiry date (if set)
- A history of all redemptions
What happens if a booking is cancelled?
If a booking made with a package credit is cancelled, the credit is automatically returned to the diver's balance.
